Affiliate groups

The GNI Affiliate Association program includes all the tools necessary to enable your GNI Leadership Team to effectively reach and impact this generation of young women in your community.
By joining the GNI Affiliate Association, you will receive all the tools necessary to enable your GNI Leadership Team to effectively reach and impact this generation of young women: leadership manual, TEAM GNI training, marketing tools, life-changing curriculum with small group discussion questions, and DVD teaching.
Sponsor a girl
GNI is provided completely free to charge to all teen girls. The Sponsor-A-Girl program ($35/girl) helps provide the t-shirt, materials and food for each girl for the entire year.
Register Your Teen Girl
At every GNI event, you can expect to feel “welcome, wanted, valued and loved®”! We have a team of amazing women ready to greet you and make you feel safe and accepted. EVERY teen girl is welcome to attend a GNI event! GNI does not discriminate against race, religious beliefs, background, appearance, or economic status. There is NO need to be ashamed of who you are or what you’ve done.
We do not tolerate bullying or judging and have a “NO DRAMA” policy!
When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly/amazing/ team of adult women – TEAM GNI. They will walk you through the registration process, make sure you get your free GNI t-shirt, and help you get a plate of delicious food from our Hospitality team! You will be introduced to other girls your age and your group’s adult mentors/small group leaders.
Each month, we tackle a different topic such as body image, anxiety, sex, bullying, self-harm, toxic relationships, jealousy, loss/grief, addiction, divorce/blending families, self-worth, and depression/suicide. At each GNI event, we have a speaker from the community(or panel of women) share her personal story about how she struggled with and overcame the topic, we break out into small groups (each girl is assigned a small group leader on her first night) for in-depth discussion, and our Founder, Jimme, shares practical advice and guidance in her “Letter from Jimme”.
The atmosphere is casual, inclusive, and interactive. Come just as you are – and you will fit in perfectly!
Girls Nite In International School of Leadership
The Girls Nite In International School of Leadership exists to develop strong, bold, courageous, and compassionate leaders of the next generation! Teen girls who regularly attend our GNI Events can register for our School of Leadership program which includes academic tutoring, volunteer opportunities, life-skill training, speaking opportunities, career coaching and shadowing, and reimbursement for extra-curricular activities.

TEAM GNI is an incredible group of leaders from different backgrounds, colors, races, ages, denominations, and experiences! We are always looking to add more passionate mentors to our team. You do NOT need to be a small group leader/directly communicate with girls in order to serve! There are many ways to serve within TEAM GNI. We host TEAM GNI Leadership Training at our GNI HQ in Brownsburg every year in August/September.

GREETER TEAM
Greet girls as they arrive for GNI event (open doors, give smiles and hugs). Escort new girls through check-in process.
REGISTRATION TEAM
Register new GNI girls and assign to small groups/mentor. Enter girls’ info into database.
T-SHIRT & CURRICULUM TEAM
Pass out free GNI T-shirts and curriculum to new GNI girls.
PARKING LOT TEAM
Direct car traffic and greet girls in parking lot.
SPONSORSHIP TEAM
Help solicit sponsors in the community and/or help with the administrative end of Sponsorship to pair up Sponsors with girls.
PRODUCTION TEAM
Assist with all audio/visual production elements during GNI events.
MARKETING/FUNDRAISING TEAM
Help plan fundraising events throughout the year.
ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
Help manage databases; file paperwork; fold brochures; assemble info packets; inventory/sort merchandise; clean office.
HOSPITALITY TEAM
Help secure food donations and/or make food and set up food/hospitality area before each GNI event.
SET UP/TEAR DOWN TEAM
Arrive early to load supplies for GNI events; set-up at GNI event facility; tear down at end of GNI event and load up supplies.
MERCHANDISING TEAM
Sell GNI swag during GNI events.
TRANSPORTATION TEAM
Pick up and drop off girls before and after GNI events.
SECURITY TEAM
Provide security during GNI events.
MENTOR/SMALL GROUP LEADER TEAM
Develop trusting relationship with girls in your group. Facilitate discussion questions during small group time. Text/talk/meet regularly throughout the month. SGLs must have a personal relationship with Christ and be committed to living in a way that honors Him.
PRAYER TEAM
Pray specifically and intentionally during GNI events as well as throughout the month for specific requests.

Can I bring a friend to a GNI event?
YES, absolutely! Bring a carload of friends!
Can moms/guardians attend GNI events?
We allow moms/guardians to observe one GNI event from a designated area in the room. After experiencing one GNI event, we encourage moms/guardians to allow their teen girls to enjoy the event with their friends.
What should I wear to a GNI event?
Our GNI events are completely casual, however, we encourage you to wear your GNI T-shirt to each event!
Do I need to register to attend a GNI event?
Pre-registration is not required, but is very helpful in preventing a check-in backlog at our events! You can pre-register HERE!
Does it cost money to attend a GNI event?
No! Every GNI event is completely free to charge to all teen girls!
Do I have to be religious, believe in God, or be a Christian to attend a GNI event?
No, not at all. We encourage girls of all beliefs to attend our GNI events.
How old to I have to be to attend a GNI event?
Our GNI events are specifically designed for middle school, high school, and college-age girls. Younger girls are allowed and encouraged to come, with a guardian’s permission. Please keep in mind that our events are real, raw, and candid. We tackle hard topics like sex and addiction in explicit detail.
Will I know anyone else at a GNI event?
Very likely! At our GNI-INDY home-base location, we regularly have girls from over 15 schools at each event.
How will I know if a GNI event is canceled?
We will post event cancelations to our social media pages and will also send out a text to the phone number we have on file for you.
Do I have to come to every event, or can I just attend the ones that interest me the most?
You do not have to attend every event. You are welcome to pick and choose topics that interest you the most. However, you will have the most impactful GNI experience and gain more meaningful relationships by attending all GNI events!
